Hatched Media Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17071297, with its registered office at Nile House, Nile Street, Brighton, England, BN1 1HW. We trade as Hatched Media and operate www.hatchedmedia.co.uk.
We are a paid media agency. We plan, run and report on advertising campaigns for our clients across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms. This notice explains what we do with personal data. It applies to visitors to our website, people who enquire about our services, people who respond to our advertising, and contacts at our client and supplier organisations.
We are the controller for data about our own enquiries, marketing, clients, suppliers and recruitment.
We are a processor for data we handle on our clients’ behalf when running their advertising. If you are a customer of one of our clients, contact that organisation to exercise your rights.
ICO registration number: ZC144121.
You can object to anything we do on legitimate interests. We make no automated decisions about you.
Our host records your IP address, browser, referring page and pages viewed, to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies. We set no analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, and run no tracking pixel on the site. Our host sets strictly necessary cookies only. If that changes we will publish a banner and update this notice first.
We work with third-party advertising platforms to promote our services. These platforms may collect data about your visits to our website and use it to show you relevant ads elsewhere online.
LinkedIn. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on our website and run advertising, including lead generation forms, on LinkedIn. This allows LinkedIn to collect data about your interactions with our site and ads to measure ad performance, build matched audiences, and serve personalised advertising. Where you submit your details through a LinkedIn lead generation form, LinkedIn passes that information to us so we can contact you about our services. LinkedIn acts as an independent data controller for its own processing. You can review LinkedIn’s privacy policy and manage your ad settings in your LinkedIn account.
We share data with providers acting on our instructions under contract (CRM, email, hosting, cloud storage, accounting, scheduling), our professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell data.
Some providers process data in the United States, under UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. We hold data in access-controlled systems with multi-factor authentication.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to marketing at any time. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it.
To run a free audit we ask for read-only access to your ad accounts and analytics. We can see your data but cannot change anything or spend money. The report is yours to keep. We use the data only to produce and discuss it, and remove our access within 30 days unless we start working together.
